The Directors have declared first quarterly interim dividends for the year ending 31 May 2016 as follows. These dividends are payable on 14 August 2015 to shareholders on the register on 24 July 2015. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 23 July 2015.

Share class                   Dividend Amount

Global Equity Income Shares             1.40p

UK Equity Shares                         1.20p

With continued low interest rates prevailing in the period the cumulative net revenue of the Managed Liquidity Portfolio continues to be minimal and, in view of the administrative costs, the Directors have not declared an interim dividend on the Managed Liquidity Shares.

No dividend is payable on the Balanced Risk Shares.

Holders of UK Equity shares and Global Equity Income shares are reminded that, as indicated in the last half-yearly financial report, the next two quarterly dividends are expected, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, to be equal to the first quarterly dividends above. Holders of the Global Equity Income shares are also reminded of the Board's target for the four Global Equity Income dividends during the financial year ending 31 May 2016 to amount to at

least 6p per share.
